We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sequence Health. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@sequence.health. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
